Our Commitment to You

At JamJarToys, we want your order to arrive quickly, safely, and in perfect condition. That's why we aim to dispatch all items within 48 hours of purchase, wherever possible.

Packaging

We take great care when packaging your LEGO® items:

• Smaller orders are shipped in letterbox-friendly cardboard boxes or bubble-padded envelopes, so they arrive safely even when you're out.
• Larger orders may be shipped as small parcels, securely packed for safe delivery.

Postage Costs

Standard delivery is a flat £1.90 on every order, sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class. Orders over £15 are automatically upgraded to Royal Mail Tracked 48, free of charge.

Optional upgrades are available at checkout: 1st Class from £3.55, and larger parcels from £4.99.

Dispatch Times

• Orders placed before 9am (Mon-Fri) are usually dispatched the same day.
• Orders placed after 9am may be shipped the next working day.
• Weekend orders (Fri-Sun) are typically dispatched the following Monday.

Delivery Times

• Most UK deliveries arrive within a few days of dispatch.
• During peak periods (e.g. Christmas), please allow a little extra time. The elves do their best.

Where We Deliver

We currently post to all UK addresses, including Northern Ireland. Overseas postage may follow in the future.
